Polaris in 1 week

Went out for a spin with the boys today to Belanglo State Forest, half way to Canberra. The guys rode awesomly (is that a word?) and I sucked! One week to get fit and get the bike in order. So far I got a bent hangar, chain snapped 3 times and the derallieur is looking a bit poorly too!
